- Do you offer in-house catering or menus for events? Can we customise for dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, allergies)?
Yes. All food and beverage for events are prepared by Cali’s in-house culinary team, known for its fresh, locally sourced ingredients and Mediterranean clarity of flavour. Menus are fully customisable — from long poolside lunches to multi-course dinners — and our chefs can easily accommodate all dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious options.
- Is the resort available for exclusive use (buy-out)?
Yes. Cali Mykonos can be reserved entirely for private use between May and October. A full resort buyout gives you and your guests complete privacy — every suite, terrace, and view is yours. It’s ideal for multi-day weddings, retreats, or private celebrations where you want total freedom and uninterrupted sea views.
- Is there a backup plan for outdoor events in case of rain or inclement weather?
While Mykonos enjoys reliable summer weather, we always have a contingency plan. Should conditions change, events can be moved to protected spaces within the resort, preserving the same atmosphere and views. Our team will ensure transitions are smooth so your celebration continues without interruption.
- What transport or arrival options are available for guests (for example, private yacht arrival)?
Guests can arrive by private yacht or car. The resort has a private dock and boats for yacht arrivals and private transfers. Our team can also coordinate group transfers or private drivers for your guests upon request.
- Are accommodations available on-site for guests, or how far away are nearby hotels?
Cali Mykonos offers 40 private suites and villas. Most event guests choose to stay on-site for convenience and intimacy, but additional premium accommodations are available within 10–15 minutes’ drive for larger parties.
- Do you provide event staffing / coordination, or do we need our own planner?
We provide on-site coordination and logistics, working closely with your chosen planner or event designer. While Cali doesn’t serve as a full-service planning agency, our
